Responsibilities:
Process & maintain technician payroll
Update employee records and handle employment paperwork
Create and maintain a variety of construction-related documents
Answers incoming calls, while maintaining customer relations and providing clear communication
Perform fleet-related administrative duties such as vehicle registration, updating driving records, and more.
Perform other general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
3-5 years of administration experience
Capable of managing a large number of diverse tasks with persistence and cooperation
Strong computer and organizational skills
Ability to interact with customers and co-workers professionally
Excellent phone and communication skills
