Responsibilities:
Prepare reports, plans and specifications for building projects
Design and produce engineering documents and specifications based on calculations
Plan, schedule, conduct and/or coordinate engineering work
Interpret and revise engineering documents
Conceive, plan and conduct research
Select and size equipment for building systems
Participate in contract bidding and administration
Assist in coordination of projects with clients, contractors, outside consultants and firm staff
Efficient communication with clients, colleagues, etc
Assist in resolving a variety of complex problems
Qualifications:
10 years in mechanical engineering
Experience designing mechanical systems for projects in Healthcare
PE Licensure Required
Proficient in Revit
Knowledge of engineering and architectural principles, practices and techniques
Knowledge of codes and regulations
Must have strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
Ability to travel to job sites as needed
