Executive Assistant

Our Client Company is seeking an Operations / Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team based in Boston (Dedham loc). This role is ideal for an executive assistant with at least 4-6 years of experience preferably coming out of financial services, private equity or venture capital who is passionate about fostering exceptional relationships with port-co's, investors, managing vendor partnerships and supporting three founders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investor Relations: Serve as additional point of contact for investor communications, maintaining and strengthening investor relationships.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts and service levels with vendors, ensuring the company receives the highest quality of services and products.
  • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including the calendars of managing partners, travel planning, and administrative tasks.
  • Project Management: Lead and oversee projects within portfolio companies, ensuring timely and successful execution.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in as an EA/OM as mentioned
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and project management.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Candidates with a background in tech, VC, PE are strongly preferred.
  • Some travel required.

This is an immediate direct hire. You must be able to work onsite 3 days a week. Hours are 9-5, M-F.
