We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to play a pivotal role in implementing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement BIM execution plans, standards, and protocols tailored to project requirements.
Coordinate and facilitate collaboration among project team members using BIM software platforms.
Oversee the development and management of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to identify and resolve clashes, discrepancies, and errors.
Provide training and support to project team members on BIM tools, processes, and workflows.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for BIM implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience in BIM coordination and implementation on construction projects.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and/or BIM 360.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Relevant certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) or BuildingSMART certification is a plus.
