We are looking to bring on an experience project manager with a background in the Real Estate industry. This person will mainly be doing the following:
Responsibilities:
Office administration, management, and business operations.
Managing new construction and re-models
Following up with vendors and contractors
Serving as a point of contact for vendors and tracking compliance and billing.
Assisting with Human Resources Department responsibilities.
Reviewing contract/vendor agreements.
Running personal errands and general office duties as assigned.
Tracking all permits and logins
Occasionally working with attorneys and realtors
Acting as a primary Human Resource contact for staff and coordinating with external human resources counsel, as needed.
Provide executive assistant duties to the President an CEO
Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required. • Project Management of 7 + years experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • High level of integrity and professionalism.
This is an in person position in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Monday - Friday 9 am to 6pm EST.
