Our client, a large bio-pharma organization, is seeking a Process Coordinator to work onsite at their Brooks, KY location. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The position is a 6-month contract role that could be extended or go permanent for the right candidate.
Pay Rate: $23.00-25.00/hour (based on experience)
Duration: 6-month contract w/ possibility of extension
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, 1st shift
Location: Onsite in Brooks, KY
Responsibilities:
Conducts the investigation of defects (or deviations) relating to operations errors throughout the network
Participates in the root cause analysis of defects and works with departments to develop training and process changes to eliminate errors.
Investigates internal inventory discrepancies and works with appropriate teams to ensure corrective transactions are completed when necessary.
Requirements:
Associates Degree required
Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain knowledge associated with internal operations requirements
Strong analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft office applications, such as the latest versions of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
