The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling repairs, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
Manage the reception area to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
Front Desk Duties such as greeting customers, accepting payments into Quickbooks, mail, data entry for inventory, registering new carts, scheduling repairs
Interact with customers and vendors, by phone, email and text as needed
Qualifications
Proficiency in Quickbooks, Mac experience preferred, Must be trainable to learn new tools and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
