Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling repairs, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
  • Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
  • Front Desk Duties such as greeting customers, accepting payments into Quickbooks, mail, data entry for inventory, registering new carts, scheduling repairs
  • Interact with customers and vendors, by phone, email and text as needed

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, Mac experience preferred, Must be trainable to learn new tools and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
