Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Operations Intern to join our pre-seed tech startup. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations, with a primary focus on customer support, enrollment management, and data analytics. This is an opportunity to join a winning team, work with cutting-edge technology, contribute to making a meaningful impact in the gig economy, and gain experience in data analytics.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer support, and addressing T1 support queries, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.
Manage user enrollments for dental, vision, and health plans, facilitating access to essential benefits for gig workers.
Handle correspondence related to declined payments and abandoned cart flows, optimizing user engagement and retention.
Assist in maintaining user status in internal tools for reporting purposes, contributing to data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze marketing performance, user engagement, and operational efficiency.
Generate insights from data analysis to drive strategic decision-making and optimize business processes.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program or recent graduate.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong Data Analytics skill
Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and contribute to our mission.
Proficiency in Spanish preferred for customer support roles.
Experience with data analytics tools and techniques is desirable.
