Responsibilities:
Answer calls from customers and assist with questions.
Responding to email inquiries from customers
Adjusting plans and billing as needed
Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office
Exceptional customer service skills
Able to work M-F 8 am to 5 pm
