THE OPPORTUNITY - ONSITE IN RICHFIELD, WI

The Product Compliance Specialist is responsible for managing and leading all aspects of product compliance, including product certifications, testing certifications and customer compliance certification. Our Product Compliance Specialist is a subject matter expert regarding global standards and regulations responsible for all compliance tasks and issues that arise in engineering, design, manufacturing, and customer compliance, and has a proactive mindset. This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining compliance documentation and reports for existing and new product lines. Also to continue the development of compliance programs and internal processes that prevent, identify, and resolve compliance issues in a timely manner. The Product Compliance Specialist works onsite at our location in Richfield, WI.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proactively and collaboratively works with Server's internal, domestic & international test laboratories/certification agencies (NSF, UL, CE, EU, etc.) and other agencies as required.
  • Identifies products impacted by new or modified regulations; drives re-evaluate accordingly.
  • Maintain and prepare compliance documents and reports for current and new product lines.
  • Maintain all Material Data information for compliance record keeping to support REACH, ROHS, Prop 65.
  • Performs new product assessment and identify applicable standards.
  • Assist Engineering and Sourcing with material or component selection that meets regulation standards for project specifications, while respecting customer requirements.
  • Improve the product development process through proactive risk assessments.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Three years of experience in product compliance/regulatory role within a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to interpret regulatory compliance documents and apply where applicable
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks while staying organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced project management skills and Proactive and Critical Thinker
