We are looking for a new Project Administrator to join our team. This is a salary position with an annualized salary range between $40,000-$50,000 (based on relevant experience), with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees including medical, dental, paid time off, company bonus, and 401(k) match. This role may be either full-time or part-time depending on the candidate.

Responsibilities:

We are a small but rapidly growing company, and that means you may be required to wear multiple hats throughout your day. As a Project Administrator at BC Interiors, you will be a key part of our project management & operations team.

Your primary responsibilities will be:
  • Process purchase orders and timely submit to manufacturers
  • Compare vendor order confirmations against BCI purchase orders for accuracy and resolve all issues or discrepancies
  • Perform semi-weekly purchase order and receiving reports.
  • Create and maintain Smartsheet project trackers and punch lists
  • Input and update order confirmation details in CORE and Smartsheet
  • Process and coordinate warranty claims with installers and manufacturers
  • Organize and file project documents and invoices
  • Provide backup support for project and sales coordinators

Qualifications:
  • No commercial furniture experience is required, however prior experience with procurement or operations is strongly preferred
  • Must be outgoing and with strong customer service skills
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
  • An obsessive level of attention to detail
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables at any given time
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software
  • Ability to draft professional communication including emails and presentations.
  • Knowledge of CORE and Smartsheet (or similar cloud-based project management tools) is ideal, but not required

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Compensation: $40,000-$50,000 per year

  • Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (flexible)
