We are looking for a new Project Administrator to join our team. This is a salary position with an annualized salary range between $40,000-$50,000 (based on relevant experience), with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees including medical, dental, paid time off, company bonus, and 401(k) match. This role may be either full-time or part-time depending on the candidate.
Responsibilities:
We are a small but rapidly growing company, and that means you may be required to wear multiple hats throughout your day. As a Project Administrator at BC Interiors, you will be a key part of our project management & operations team.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
Process purchase orders and timely submit to manufacturers
Compare vendor order confirmations against BCI purchase orders for accuracy and resolve all issues or discrepancies
Perform semi-weekly purchase order and receiving reports.
Create and maintain Smartsheet project trackers and punch lists
Input and update order confirmation details in CORE and Smartsheet
Process and coordinate warranty claims with installers and manufacturers
Organize and file project documents and invoices
Provide backup support for project and sales coordinators
Qualifications:
No commercial furniture experience is required, however prior experience with procurement or operations is strongly preferred
Must be outgoing and with strong customer service skills
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
An obsessive level of attention to detail
Ability to consistently meet deadlines
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables at any given time
Comfortable with technology and learning new software
Ability to draft professional communication including emails and presentations.
Knowledge of CORE and Smartsheet (or similar cloud-based project management tools) is ideal, but not required
