The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. As an office assistant you will be asked to answer calls, greet customers as they come in for drop off and pick ups, schedule appointments, place orders, and help prepare paperwork packages to release aircrafts, which include FAA form 337, weight and balance, log book entries. Training on how to complete these will be provided. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable working with computers and have experience with software programs such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and/or QuickBooks. You should also have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
Answer phones and direct calls
Provide customers with a hospitable experience
Create estimates for customers
Send out equipment to be calibrated
Complete FAA paperwork packages
Order office and hanger supplies
Keep track of inventory
Manage website sales
Handle and coordinate scheduling
Order customer equipment for installations
On the job training will be provided
Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM.
Starting wage: $22-26 per hour, Paid Holidays, Paid Mileage, Health Insurance, 401K
