Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team at our office located in City of Industry. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone and email. This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.
Provide accurate information about our products and services.
Listen actively to customers' needs and concerns and strive to resolve issues effectively.
Educate customers about our products and services to enhance their overall experience.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a call center environment.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Positive attitude and passion for helping customers.
Ability to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating software applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
