At Capstone Financial, we have funded over $200 million in private asset-based loans to local investors. We have originated over 2,000 loans since our opening in 2010, and we've established a reputation as a high-performing direct lender.

Under the Capstone companies, most of what you will be doing will be related to private financing in real estate. Ever seen the shows "Fix My Flip" or "Flip or Flop?" Those people are our customers. We, as a lender, finance their fix and flip projects. They don't use their own money for those projects - we fund them!

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Support other departments as needed with various tasks and projects.

Skills/Experience We're Looking For:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Previous experience in the mortgage industry is preferred but not required.
