Responsible for development, training, implementation and enforcement of operations department standard policies and procedures.
Responsible for the overall financial performance and execution of the operations group and supporting supplemental departments.
Work with other department managers to make sure they have adequate staff and are providing the required services to the operations department.
Work with each group and business unit manager on staffing decisions. Participate in interview process on all key hires to build a strong well-rounded team moving forward.
Conduct monthly project management meetings for the purpose of reviewing and/or resolving major performance and financial issues, and keeping all managers updated on department and corporate developments.
Responsible for the execution of the overall vision, strategic planning and long-range business development for the operations department.
Responsible for overall customer - external and internal - satisfaction and relationships. Work with each group and business unit manager to assure customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper staff and structure within the operations department.
Review all employee performance review forms to assure proper personnel interface between employee and the supervisor within the operations department.
Responsible for overall employee compensation and bonus administration within operations department.
Review, address and appropriate resolve other department managers concerns related to performance of the operations department.
Assist with corporate marketing needs.
Provide leadership mentoring, coaching, guidance and support for all operations department personnel.

15+ years of experience expected as an Operations Manager/VP with all experience being with a commercial mechanical contractor that performs job scopes over 50 million.
Master's college/university graduate with equivalent combination of skills and experience required.
