Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Scheduling at Pinner Construction Co., Inc. The Director of Scheduling will manage and oversee our scheduling department and work alongside pre-construction and operations teams, developing strategic and innovative solutions necessary to create successful project schedules. Responsibilities include creating project schedules, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, analyzing project timelines, and collaborating with the project team to track, refine, and optimize schedule solutions to exceed project scheduling goals and objectives. The Director of Scheduling will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. As a Director, this individual will also meet with company leadership to continue to develop and refine company project controls and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experienced specialist in CPM scheduling and reporting
  • Proficient in the use of Primavera P6 and cost loaded schedule management
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Enhanced analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven experience in project management and scheduling
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Knowledge of construction industry processes and best practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Professional certifications in project management are beneficial
