Due to our unprecedented growth, Pella of Columbus is actively expanding and looking for a Trade Project Coordinator to join our team. A Trade Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple projects from the point of sale through final project close-out to maximize customer satisfaction, and project profitability. Ideal candidates will represent the Pella branch across all project phases, ensuring a first-class experience with customers relating to installation, service, and preparation of final close-out documents.
General Responsibilities • Treat people the way you want to be treated. • Value customer relationships and go the extra mile to satisfy them. • Carry yourself in a manner which represents Pella as the #1 brand in the market. • Complete follow up communication expectations, creating a high level of customer satisfaction. • Handle customer requests or concerns in a timely manner. • Continuous education keeping current with products, industry awareness, and professional development. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally represent our organizations interests at the project site during stressful situations. • Review and place all product orders. • Order all material required from Pella and outside vendors in a manner that maximizes job profitability. • Responsible for accuracy on all orders. • Communicates with sales personnel and managers to ensure smooth delivery and installation process. • Properly manage need dates to maximize inventory turns. • Coordinate all product assembly, delivery, and installation to the customer's expectations. • Identify solutions to unforeseen challenges that arise during the project cycle. • Manage service needs to complete recovery when necessary, on all projects. • Complete any special billing documentation and ensure all projects are invoiced promptly and produce all close-out documentation required (service manuals, warranties, etc.).

Job Qualifications and Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 1 year of project coordination processes and tools. • Effectively present information in weekly team meeting. • Computer Proficiency with ability to navigate through various software programs.
