Job Description

Due to our unprecedented growth, Pella of Columbus is actively expanding and looking for a Trade Project Coordinator to join our team. We are continuously striving to make a positive difference in our customer's lives by delivering innovative products and services that bring comfort, pride, and peace of mind. A Trade Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple projects from the point of sale through final project close-out to maximize customer satisfaction, and project profitability. Ideal candidates will represent the Pella branch across all project phases, ensuring a first-class experience with customers relating to installation, service, and preparation of final close-out documents.

• Review and place all product orders.
• Order all material required from Pella and outside vendors in a manner that maximizes job profitability.
• Responsible for accuracy on all orders.
• Communicates with sales personnel and managers to ensure smooth delivery and installation process.
• Properly manage need dates to maximize inventory turns.
• Coordinate all product assembly, delivery, and installation to the customer's expectations.
• Identify solutions to unforeseen challenges that arise during the project cycle.
• Manage service needs to complete recovery when necessary, on all projects.
• Complete any special billing documentation and ensure all projects are invoiced promptly and produce all close-out documentation required (service manuals, warranties, etc.).

Job Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of project coordination processes and tools.
• Effectively present information in weekly team meeting.
• Computer Proficiency with ability to navigate through various software programs.
