Job Description:

Chemical Guys is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate Creative Project Manager to join our creative and marketing team. This role will be responsible for facilitating and managing day-to-day project workflow through all phases of marketing and creative projects from initiation through review, approval, and final delivery. Additionally, the Associate Creative Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting new product launches by ensuring that creative assets are delivered on time to meet launch deadlines. This position will support and assess and assign deadline dates through all phases of the projects leading to the ultimate release of files. The ability to effectively manage projects from inception to completion, while ensuring timelines, and quality standards are met, will be essential to the organization's overall strategy. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills and an understanding of creative and production processes for both digital and print mediums. In addition, this position will facilitate, schedule, and support in driving the creative review and approval meetings as well as briefing sessions with the marketing and creative team and other departments within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ecommerce, sales, operations facilitating end-to-end process flow from strategic planning to creative kickoff, internal reviews and stakeholder alignment to final delivery of all projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, while identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scope; mitigate timeline risks by communicating creative status and resourcing recommendations.
• Facilitate internal and cross-functional checkpoints for projects and ensure stakeholder inputs and creative outputs are on schedule.
• Manage and build task-based projects in Asana, with overall accountability at the program-level.
• Oversee the Data Asset Management system (Bynder) with support from the creative teams. Manage the data input, proper taxonomy, and imagery upload for every creative project. Support cross-functional teams in utilizing + integrating the system.
• Check final creative for accuracy prior to asset delivery.
• Fulfill asset management needs- sourcing, tracking, uploading/ingesting, replacing, updating and general maintenance- for Marketing projects.
• Simplify complex projects and articulate direction and document creative processes within the Creative team.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and anticipate and make tradeoffs to balance the business needs versus creative constraints.
• Work proactively to gather requirements and provide guidance on the creative process, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing and brand strategy.
• Assist in the development of creative briefs and ensure they effectively communicate the vision and objectives for each project to the creative team.
• Support the new product team by collaborating closely to understand their creative asset needs and timelines for upcoming launches.

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in project management software and tools. Asana preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of project management and / or traffic management experience as part of an internal creative group or agency.
• Understanding of development times involved in design, creative, production and digital processes as they relate to workflow.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Communications or related degree and / or commensurate experience
• Must be self-managed, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, extremely organized and a team player who works collaboratively and constructively on each project.
• Must have demonstrated ability with multi-tasking, prioritizing projects, and working into extremely tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate must be a proven facilitator of information, with exceptional follow up skills and a keen sense of urgency.
• Ability to create and build project timelines and templates for new and existing projects.
• Must have strong workflow management, planning, problem solving and communication skills.
• Must be able to self-manage projects and work within time deadlines.

Pay Range: $67 - $76k a year
