Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is humble and full of energy. You're able to make corrections in a kind and loving way and you're able to be firm when it comes to safety. You're great at speaking with parents, as well as ages 1-12, and can express yourself while showing respect for others' feelings, opinions, and perspectives.
And while a background in tumbling, gymnastics, and/or competitive cheerleading is deeply appreciated, we provide all tumbling training. Your experience in technique and form is not as important to us as much as your experience in and a passion for child development.
