Key Responsibilities:
?
Partner closely with global colleagues to ensure all the tasks needed for a high-quality program experience for interns and analysts before, during and after orientation are in the project plan with clear owners, inter-dependencies and due dates
Ensure risk/issues are identified, documented and assist the Early Career Lead to address
Work collaboratively across workstreams and events to ensure a clear understanding of inter-dependencies and impacts of how tasks affect other tasks downstream and the employee experience
Partner with the Early Career Lead and team to ensure key milestones are achieved
Ensure a global approach is executed consistently locally, while allowing for regional/location differences, where needed
The ideal candidate will be based in Atlanta or Client
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
?
1-2 years of project management or related experience
Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word skills
Basic understanding of project plans, risks, issues and inter-dependencies
Influencing, communication and collaboration skills needed to work in a matrixed environment
Problem-solving skills and the ability to propose solutions to risks/issues
An understanding of agile methodologies is a plus, but not required
Project Management certifications are a plus, but not required??
