Westinghouse is seeking a Training Specialist for a 12+ month project supporting our nuclear client in Richmond, VA.
Quick description of the role or project story (What this role will be doing): • Development of the training schedule to various business units, ensuring the correct training modules are assigned to identified roles. • Logistical and instructional material coordination for training rollouts to include cost estimation and expense tracking for budget management. • Monitoring instructor schedules and resource availability, proactively identifying bottlenecks or other risks to deliverables. • Monitoring and tracking course completions, knowledge assessments, and proficiency lab scheduling and results. • Assisting with the development of training materials, needs analysis, design, or implementation strategy for training initiatives. • Maintaining expertise as instructional technologist. • Ensuring accurate, timely, and impactful training communication to all project stakeholders.

1. Excellent Organizational skills
2. Experience with LMS (learning management system) and CBT (computer-based training) platforms (Adobe Articulate and Success Factors preferred)
3. Skilled in Microsoft 365 for ensuring excellent communication.
