SAP S4HANA Implementation Project Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results driven SAP S4HANA Implementation Project Manager to lead our clients through a successful SAP S4HANA transformation. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the SAP S4HANA implementation project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong project management skills, deep knowledge of SAP S4HANA, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
Responsibilities
Project Planning Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies for the SAP S4HANA implementation.
Team Leadership Lead and motivate cross functional project teams, ensuring collaboration, communication, and a shared commitment to project goals.
Scope Management Define and manage the project scope, ensuring that all requirements are captured and documented, and changes are properly assessed and approved.
Budget Oversight Manage the project budget, tracking expenditures, and ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.
Risk Management Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Stakeholder Communication Maintain clear and regular communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones.
Vendor Management Collaborate with external vendors and consultants, ensuring that they are aligned with project goals and deliverables.
Quality Assurance Implement and oversee quality assurance processes, including testing and validation, to ensure the integrity and functionality of the SAP S4HANA solution.
Change Management Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the new SAP system within the organization.
Training Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for endusers, ensuring they are well equipped to use the new SAP S4HANA system effectively.
Post Implementation Support Develop and implement postimplementation support plans, ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing operations.
Project Closure Conduct a comprehensive project closure, including documenting lessons learned and ensuring that all project deliverables are complete.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
SAP ACTIVATE certification is a must to have.
Proven experience 15 years as a Project Manager leading SAP ERP and S4HANA implementation projects.
Must have delivered at least 2 SAP S4 HANA end to end implementation projects.
Deep Knowledge of SAP S4HANA Strong understanding of SAP S4HANA modules, functionalities, and best practices.
Project Management Tools Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of the project.
Communication Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Leadership Skills Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and inspire cross functional project teams.
Problem Solving Skills Effective problem solving abilities to address issues and challenges that may arise during the implementation.
Adaptability Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities and timelines.
