JURISolutions Legal (JSL) is partnering with our pharmaceutical client in Gaithersburg, MD, to identify an Administration Coordinator (Temp) with at least five years of experience supporting senior-level individuals. This position will work a Hybrid schedule (three days in the office) and is expected to last 1 year, with the possibility of extending.
Fundamental tasks include:
Manage calendars, scheduling, room bookings, distribution lists, travel bookings, visa management, expenses management
Manage and organize in-person meeting requests
Taking notes during meetings
Provide administrative support at a senior level and global clients
Facilitates smooth communications between executive and other internal and external stakeholders
Requirements to be considered for this role include:
2 plus years of administrative experience supporting VP-level executives or above
High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Calendar management experience is required
Demonstrated ability to work in a complex and fast-paced environment effectively
Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams experience required
Ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
Flexibility to adapt to ever-changing needs and deadlines
Ability to effectively multitask while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
Prefer experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
