Job Summary:
Responsibilities: • Guarantee that Sage 100 ecosystems align with business needs, meet user expectations, and resolve system issues effectively. • Implement and monitor change management procedures for the Sage ecosystems across all departments. • Coordinate/Communicate with Sage vendors to address any problems or urgent situations promptly. • Develop and maintain custom reports. • Perform data imports, exports and data integrity checks to ensure accurate and consistent data within Sage. • Provide ongoing support to end users and logging incidents using ServiceNow. • Work with IT department in customizations and configurations within Sage 100 to align with business processes and requirements. • Work with PM on development and implementation of Sage ERP solutions. • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Support IT team in execution of corporate initiatives that rely on Sage 100 ecosystem.
