Furthermore, this position will support cross-functional teams by providing critical insights and coordination, helping to bring our next generation of beauty solutions to life and to market.
Responsibilities:
Copywriting and researching claims, functions, and etc. for beauty products.
Coordinate all aspects of product development from concept to launch, including managing timelines and communication between different departments.
Organize and manage the creation of mock-ups and samples for new products.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
Oversee product testing processes to ensure quality, efficacy, and compliance with industry standards.
Conduct fragrance research and development, staying ahead of market trends and consumer preferences, ensuring our products captivate the senses.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure product strategies align with overall brand messaging, marketing goals, and sales objectives.
Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment on product development milestones and objectives.
Monitor product development budgets, ensuring projects are completed within allocated resources.
Evaluate consumer feedback and sales data post-launch to inform future product development initiatives.
