Job Title: Senior Product Owner with Fiserv

Job Location: Pittsburg, PA, Dallas, TX

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a background in the credit card business with knowledge in disputes (previous experience with Fiserv as a processor and/or Pega Smart Disputes).

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading the product development and enhancement efforts, leveraging their expertise in Fiserv or Pega Smart Disputes to deliver innovative solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment of development efforts with business needs and objectives.
  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fiserv as a processor or Pega Smart Disputes, driving the prioritization and delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Define and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements based on a deep understanding of the Fiserv or Pega Smart Disputes processing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure successful delivery of product features and enhancements.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback sessions to ensure that delivered features meet business expectations and requirements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Fiserv or Pega Smart Disputes processing systems, leveraging insights to guide product development and optimization.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the product, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and industry changes related to Fiserv or Pega Smart Disputes processing systems.
  • Provide guidance and support in change management efforts related to the implementation of new features or changes to existing features.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to communicate product vision, progress, and impact on business outcomes.

You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role with a focus on Fiserv as a processor or Pega Smart Disputes.
  • Strong understanding of Fiserv processing systems or Pega Smart Disputes, including features, workflows, and configuration capabilities.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly as they relate to product development and enhancement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and senior leadership.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices, particularly related to product development and implementation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive product initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies, product ownership, or related areas is advantageous
