My client are a privately owned CDMO with wide ranging expertise and vertically integrated service offerings which translate to the ability to rapidly execute multiple projects from its state-of-the-art GMP facilities while ensuring full process and product compliance at all stages of research, development and commercial manufacturing.
Position responsibilities:
? Design, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures together with CEO
? Oversee daily operations of the company reporting to CEO
? Establish policies and procedures that help to manage company and mitigate risks
? Continuously assess areas for improvement and implement new processes and technologies to drive operational efficiency
? Drive operating capabilities for customer satisfaction and retention
? Support CEO and Business Development team in managing relationships with customers
? Lead employees to encourage maximum performance
? Compile and monitor operations budget
Position requirements:
? Prior experience in managing biotech/ CDMO company's operations
? Good knowledge of the key functions of life science business, such as USP, DSP, GMP, Analytics and Quality
? Familiarity with IT and Business infrastructure
? Experience with planning, budgeting and KPIs
? Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
? Problem solving mindset
? Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
? Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
? MSc degree (biotechnology, biochemistry, or related)
