Moldex, a leading US manufacturer of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), based in West Los Angeles, has an opening in the Marketing Department for an on-site Product Specialist.
Committed to safety and innovation, we are seeking a Product Specialist to ensure compliance in packaging, drive successful product launches, and manage product information for accurate product communication.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Packaging Compliance:
Review and ensure compliance of product packaging with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product specifications.
Assess packaging materials and graphics for accuracy and brand consistency.
Product Information Management:
Manage system for internal maintenance and dissemination of product details across multiple marketing channels.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Administrator to ensure product details are communicated properly to distributors.
Adjust price lists based on product changes / price increases.
Marketing Collateral Review:
Evaluate various marketing collateral to ensure accuracy of product communication.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Graphic Design team for consistency.
Product Launch Support:
Drive product launches from concept to market for both domestic and international markets.
Develop comprehensive launch plans and collaborate with internal teams.
Market Research / Product Line Review:
Conduct research to identify trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
Review product line performance routinely, to make recommendations on product line adjustments / discontinuations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Previous PPE industry or hard product experience preferred.
Proven success in driving product launches.
Strong project management skills.
Creative problem-solving ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized and self-sufficient.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
