Customer Service Representative, Sanctions Compliance Support, 7003

Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and efficiently review and resolve assigned cases using established policies and procedures.
  • Review and evaluate transaction information and compare it against known risk flags
  • Escalate risky or complex cases using established guidelines
  • Review identified quality errors for needed corrections and update associated cases with corrected information.
  • Adhere to established productivity and quality metrics.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in standard office applications like Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to extract meaningful insights, identify patterns, and make informed decisions based on a limited amount of information
  • Willingness to learn how to conduct regulatory research using available tools and resources.

Training Schedule: (Once candidate is hired, please see the below schedule)
• Training Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM, and this will last for the first 4 weeks on assignment. There is no expectation of flexibility for hybrid during training in general, though the trainer may choose to have the class work from home once or twice during that period to test system access, but that is at the trainer's discretion and would be a set day for the whole class.

Assignment Schedule:
  • Hybrid Position out of Springfield, MO (2 days/week minimum onsite)
  • Schedule will be eitherSunday - Thursday or Tues - Sat from 11:00am -8:00PM.
  • Wednesday plus at least one other day must be worked in office.
  • One week per quarter everyone is required to work from the office 100%
  • There is not currently a possibility for an earlier shift for the contract roles but would be a potential option for anyone who ended up being converted to FTE.

Compensation:
  • $20-23.07/hr (W2/Non-Exempt)
