As an employee of Coolibar you are working to support the company mission to "Protect the World from Sun Damage".

You have experience managing a golf apparel category and a passionate golfer, join Coolibar in our mission to "Protect the World from Sun Damage". Our brand is Technical, Elegant, Word Leader in Sun Protection You Wear.

You lead the design, launch of new golf apparel, and manage the business of that category. As a user centric organization, you start from the user demand or inspiration, and you are responsible for the entire life cycle of golf apparel products and category business. You report to our Chief Brand Officer and work directly with our Chief Design Officer, our Technical Product Designer team. Then you partner with our departments of marketing, eCommerce, Amazon, and retailer channels.

Responsibilities

• DEFINE:

Define product assortment based on User need / Market Demand / Competitive Benchmark / Costing - Price point

• SPECIFY :

product features

fabric and colors within brand colorama and fabric

Fitting target

"product target" wearing test with super users

budget/margin/price/quantities

timeline / project plan

To send all specifications to our Technical Product Development Team to produce a prototype

• VALIDATE :

Approve 3D CAD, prototype compliance with features, fabric and colors, fitting,

Budget, control

Prototype test with super users

• CREATIVE:

Copywriting: product title, description and other assets for marketing to finalize

Photography directions and validation working with marketing

• LAUNCH :

Publish copywriting and photography with eCommerce

Lead Launch/Animate selected channels + Ads + email/SMS + Social + Super Users + Events

• MANAGE :

Analyze KPIs to reorder or adapt: sales, ratings, returns reasons, customer service

Monitor products on all channels including availabilities including Amazon A+ content, Web cross sell

Follow sell through and alert / propose replenishment and forecast to merchandizing team

Skills
• Excel: proficient with formulas, including pivot table
• Gerber PLM: you will be trained to specify your new products for our Technical Product Developers
• Adobe Illustrator for high level flat sketch
• Apparel category management: 3+ years
• High ability to multitask.
• Acutely organized
• Business driven

  • Work from office 5 days a week.
  • Travel expectations: 10%
