You will play a vital role on the Human Resources team, partnering with members of the HR team and their customers to analyze work process design and flow and leverage technical capabilities to support the business. Reporting to the Manager, HRIS, the Senior HRIS Analyst will assist subject matter experts with end-user support, ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

Provide user support and answer questions for recently implemented Oracle Cloud HCM
Administer a variety of HR system modules in Oracle Cloud HCM including recruiting, performance, talent management, and global HR.
Support the development of HR system data requirements, based on business needs, standard operating procedures and documentation
Provide support for cyclical and ad hoc audits
Manage system integrations and vendor relationships
Develop and review exceptions reports to monitor data issues and validate quality data
Plan for and execute quarterly system update testing
Adapt to evolving HR system environment
Work with key stakeholders to identify automation or report enhancement opportunities and data process streamlining
Develop process documentation for end-users and assist with end-user training
As an effective communicator, be able to drive insights into actions that improve business results
Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS and analytics; continuously increasing HR knowledge and HRIS application knowledge

You should definitely have:
A four-year college degree
Five-seven years of relevant experience
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
Effective communication (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
Ability to work independently and produce deliverables in a timely manner; ability to establish priorities and manage multiple task
