About this role
The Sustaining Program Manager is a new role to the organization and will support all of our alumni, with an emphasis on supporting alumni in the Sustaining Program (those that are 30+ years old.) You will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering world-class service and program components to the Greenhouse alumni and volunteers in our Young Leaders and Sustaining Programs. You are the connector between our alumni and our supportive community of volunteers.
This position is in our Boulder, Colorado office and is not virtual or remote.
What your day-to-day might look like
As a Sustaining Program Manager, your most important roles are to support the Greenhouse alumni through their professional and personal journeys, and work with our volunteers to both deepen and broaden our impact, and to work with both groups to maximize idea potential and idea implementation.
This role has varied responsibilities, provides a depth of experience, and requires many hats!
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Execute each of the components and sub-components within the Sustaining Program and the Young Leaders Program activities including the video library, online and in-person engagement components, jobs connectivity, and entrepreneurship idea execution support.
Develop trust, confidence, and a strong rapport with Greenhouse Alumni and other community members supporting the Young Leaders Program and Sustaining Program.
Along with our Chief Accounting Officer and Young Leaders Program Director, manage the budget, forecasting, and reporting for the Sustaining Program
Track, analyze, and communicate results via compelling reports and storytelling.

8+ years of work experience
A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is mandatory
Compensation
$60,000 - $80,000
