Our client is searching for a proactive and forward-thinking multitasker to join their team as a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing many hats and will excel at completing tasks in a collaborative and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Support research projects' logistical elements alongside other Project Managers.
Manage inventory, purchasing, packing, and shipping of project supplies.
Assist with IT support, including tracking, testing, and updating travel computers.
Provide on-site project support, including participant registration, troubleshooting, and administrative tasks.
Ensure tasks are completed on time, within scope and budget.
Document project details and maintain electronic files.
Respect and follow company policies and procedures.
Uphold company's reputation for professionalism and high-quality work.
Assist Senior Project Managers with pre/post-project tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
College degree and/or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Able to travel 2-3 times monthly for 3-4 days and work extended hours/weekends when necessary.
Demonstrates strong communication skills, both verbal and written, emphasizing customer service and professionalism.
Background in fast-paced business environments with a focus on detail-oriented teamwork.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
Proficient in Windows 10 or higher, Zoom, and other cloud-based services.
Competent in MS365 Applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Effective project management skills, adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines.
Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion.
Preferred experience in event planning.
