Job Description:

Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist (Data Entry)

Pay: $18-21/hr

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 7-4 pm

Ideal Start Date: ASAP due to company growth projections

Role Overview: As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will primarily be responsible for heavy data entry tasks, providing essential backup support for Accounts Payable processes, performing clerical duties, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Assisting with coordinating invoices, obtaining necessary signatures, posting invoices to internal portals, and facilitating the transmission of invoices to corporate.
  • Clerical Work: Conducting filing tasks and handling ad hoc projects as required.
  • Administrative Support: Answering phones as needed, organizing office supplies, liaising with vendors, and undertaking basic administrative duties to support the HR Manager in focusing on strategic priorities.
