Our client in Greenway Plaza is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. Excellent organization with growth potential and a fantastic culture! This is a permanent position with excellent benefits and a hybrid schedule. This role will provide support to the executives. Starting salary between $50-60K.
Responsibilities: • Preparing letters, correspondence, reports, emails, coordinating meetings and spreadsheets • Scheduling, organizing activities, invoicing, answering phones and general administrative support
Qualifications: • High school diploma • 3+ years of administrative support experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) • Strong writing, editing and proofreading ability
