Primarily responsible for the management of assigned customer accounts. This is comprised of receiving, processing (end-to-end), and scheduling of customer orders. The role requires daily communication with customers, storage/loading terminals, and transportation providers. Excellent customer service, communication, and issue resolution skills are a must. There may be an occasional need for after-hours communications with terminals and/or customers.
Description of duties and responsibilities:
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing orders, communication and coordination with other department to resolve inquiries.
Build and maintain customer loyalty by providing prompt friendly service.
Computes correct item #, quantity, price and any appropriate discounts.
Checks customer account for credit and outstanding payments.
Support the sales team in a variety of administrative tasks as required.
Review daily/weekly for open orders and forecasts.
Files copies of all orders documents received.
Bill and submit invoices in a timely manner.
Review blend schedule and plan raw material delivery accordingly
Perform monthly closing process required by company

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree requires
2-5 years experience in logistics environment
Bilingual Korean/English welcome, but not required.
Team oriented.
