FULL-TIME, EXPERIENCED, BILINGUAL receptionist for our personal injury law department in Falls Church, Virginia.
Applicants MUST BE bilingual (English/Spanish)
Should have a minimum of 1 year previous experience working in an office (e.g. a law firm, a medical office, or in the insurance fields).
Responsibilities include answering multi-line telephone, interacting and meeting with clients, communicating with medical providers regarding patient accounts, and miscellaneous administrative tasks. Paralegal or case management experience are PREFERRED. Hours are Mon-Thu 9-6, and Fri 8-5. We are looking for someone who is bright, energetic, detail-oriented, reliable and able to multi-task. This position requires in-office attendance and does not allow for work from home.
