How You'll Contribute:
As a Scheduling Coordinator supporting our Assurance Services team in Miami, you'll handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You'll assist with planning firm staff and client engagements to maximize firm efficiency and satisfy client needs. This role helps determine work priorities and ensures the smooth flow of processes, while supporting the department with routine professional duties including:
Plan, establish, and manage staff schedules
Initial point of contact for all issues regarding scheduling
Monitor staff productivity and manage capacity requirements
Detail each sequence of work that affects workflow and determine timing.
Maintain up-to-date scheduling database for staff
Reassign work as needed to manage staff workload and prioritize time sensitive matters.
Proactively identify areas that require improvement and develop and implement action plans in connection with scheduling ad capacity
Coordinate with management and operations to discuss progress and solutions to scheduling issues.
What Skills You'll Bring:
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a financial services environment
Ideal candidate had prior professional experience working in the accounting and advisory practice
Advanced Excel proficiency
Ability to interact with all levels of the workforce, from administrative staff to firm management.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects while working with tight deadlines.
How You'll Stand Out:
3-5 years of scheduling experience, preferably in a CPA Firm
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work periodic overtime.
Bilingual preferred
