Act as the primary point of contact for Network Security scope of services and be fully Customer facing.
Actively Participate in the Major incidents, downtime outages.
Responsible to create network flows, topology drawings, IP address trackers etc. using Visio.
Bring in Design recommendations, best Practices implementations, Service improvement strategies and Value adds on Quarterly basis and drive them to closure.
Should possess hands-on technical access to Network security technology solutions and manage.
o Incidents
o Changes
o Service Requests
o Problem Tickets, RCAs,
Act as on-call or go-to tech person for any Service Restoration activities.
Guide offshore team members.
Create Standard Operating Procedures, playbooks/workflows as needed.
Be responsible to run weekly & other adhoc calls with the customer for Network security scope of service.
