Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the accounting functions of the company including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Card reconciliation, Document Control, General Administrative Tasks
The ideal candidate will posses: • Competent computer skills - you are proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and other basic office technology systems. • Ability to manage, organize and prioritize multiple tasks. • Ability to be proactive and solve problems independently. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you can professionally communicate with your team and other professionals. • Positive Attitude- you display optimism, friendliness and intentionality when interacting with your team. • Willingness to learn and grow professionally. • Good judgement- you have a strong sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence. • Good work ethic- you manage tasks and deadlines well, then model that sense of commitment for your clients and team.

This position is Part Time (approximately 20 hours per week, with potential to work into full time.)
