The role holder is responsible for supporting the Immigration Team. The role holder is expected to assist Immigration Specialists and other team members with immigration document preparation such as filing petitions and processing physical mail and other administrative tasks and prioritize needs of healthcare professionals whilst working to the highest standards.

The role holder(s) will work closely with internal colleagues to ensure the agreed workforce plan is maintained and delivered and that candidates have a positive candidate experience.

Deliverables:

  • Responsible for providing general support to the Immigration team with a variety of tasks and activities including assisting in the preparation of applications such as: file petitions, print and scan petitions, create courier labels, and update case management systems.
  • Responsible for initiating accurately updating our case management system.
  • Manage physical mail and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Mail essential documents to HCPs and outside legal counsel.
  • Update and maintain all trackers accordingly.
  • Continuing Professional Development, ensuring understanding and knowledge of immigration.
