JCB is actively recruiting an Office Administrator for a JCB dealership in Fontana, California. This position plays a vital role within the dealership and will interact with all levels of personnel and customers.
Role and Responsibilities:
Update and maintain all accounting records
Record cash receipts, make bank deposits, and reconcile bank and credit accounts
Assist in answering and directing incoming phone calls
Maintain an organized and functioning office space, including ordering supplies, organizing materials, and processing any shipping and orders
Oversee credit and collections
Manage social media platforms
Skills and Experience:
2-5 years of similar experience to include all aspects of Accounting
Experience working with Microsoft office and QuickBooks or similar accounting programs
Must be energetic, responsible, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills
Strong time management skills
Capacity to prioritize tasks
High level of customer service and ability to maintain a professional image due to level of interaction with internal staff and external visitors
