NSD has an immediate need for Document Specialists. The specialist is responsible for supporting the company's business entities and business partners to ensure operational excellence. The position requires communication, analytical, and professional skills to collaborate with our clients and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal Underwriters, Risk Services, Operational support staff, and IT Developers in order to evaluate and properly scope requests for new or enhanced forms.
Utilize Adobe Designer and other software products to design and develop various forms as requested.
Provide support for existing forms and related rules as requested.
Assist in other projects and duties as needed.
Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
Strong organizational, writing, and analytical / problem-solving skills
Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 - Word, Excel, One Drive, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Education & Experience
High School Diploma and 0-2 years of experience in a similar field or position.
Requires experience working with Microsoft Word and/or Adobe suite of products.
Experience working with Insurance forms or related industry experience a plus
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent proofreading skills.
Ability to use analytical methods to find creative yet workable solutions.
Ability to generate innovative solutions within the forms development functions.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal contacts on forms development matters.
Ability to use document and systems processing software to create and update forms.
