This is a full-time role on-site role as a General Manager located in Altamonte Springs, FL. The General Manager will manage all aspects of gym operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, and supervising staff, as well as overseeing inventory, budgeting, and financial responsibilities. Additionally, the General Manager will be responsible for managing member relations and ensuring a positive member experience, as well as developing and implementing strategies for business growth and profitability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business management or a related field
Experience in the gymnastics industry is preferred
Highly proficient in budget management, financial analysis, and personnel management
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Experience with sales and marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with gym management software
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
