Job Description: • The role requires excellent attention to detail, successful candidates in the past also have a good understanding of the legal setup of funds (i.e. have had a background in KYC or legal training (although this is not a legal role) • Hybrid Schedule: We require 3 days in the office. • 40 hours is our standard working week.
Responsibilities: • Support the efficient completion and overall success of negotiation of the documentation with new and existing clients. • Work alongside key stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals from the relevant credit, risk, capacity and legal teams. • Support the maintenance of Onboarding Procedures, Policies and Guides • Manage the document retention process within the group. • Coordinate meeting arrangements, manage client onboarding trackers, maintain task lists, proof reading of legal documents. • Support productivity by reviewing and enhancing processes, systems and structure with the goal of reducing the time to conclude contracts.
Requirement: • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. • Experience in the financial services industry, a plus.
Knowledge and skills (general and technical): • Experience in foreign exchange trading instruments and fund structures a plus. • Experience with standard desktop tools, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and strong Excel skills required. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Strong ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities, while meeting deadlines. • Ability to interact with internal and external clients, in a professional manner. • Strong problem solving, organizational and project management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
