Partners with the General Counsel/Compliance Officer to ensure business alignment with the Company's compliance program through the Company's Compliance Committee.
Oversees the company's healthcare compliance training program, including its e-learning platform.

10+ years' experience with compliance requirements in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry required.
Experience working with all levels of management and key business stakeholders; proven success influencing outcomes and effectively communicating compliance risks to executive leadership and senior management.
Experience advising on and excellent knowledge and experience with laws and regulations governing the pharmaceutical industry, including FDA, False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, OIG guidance, the PhRMA Code, HIPAA, GDPR and such.
Technical Skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Cognitive Skills
Mathematical skills needed for budgeting and financial responsibilities.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to create and make informative and persuasive presentations to internal team members, company executive leaders/stakeholders, and external parties.
