The role will focus on supporting a team or 9-10 working closely with Corporate Access, Investor Relations, and Broker Sales Teams. A very multi-faceted role and exposure to top leadership!

Scope of Position: Provide administrative and organizational support for Portfolio Managers and teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate high volume of internal and external meetings
Develop relationships with broker sales teams and Investor Relations
Calendar planning
Log corporate access and broker interactions in database
Book travel arrangements
Process expense reports
Participate in weekly team meetings
Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 3-5 years administrative assistant experience, within financial services
