Our client is in immediate need for an experienced HR Business Partner for a well-established national industry leader. Will act as HRBP on all HR initiatives including employee/labor relations, performance management, succession planning, and HR process improvement. MUST have prior experience supporting UNION employees and be comfortable working onsite 5 days/week and be able to travel 25%+.
100K base salary plus 10% bonus
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
5+ years HR generalist experience
Prior experience supporting unionized employees
Prior experience working in manufacturing/distribution
Masters degree
Prior experience working for large, multi-site firm
Spanish language skills
