Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals and staff.
Format legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, adhering to firm standards.
Compile and maintain accurate tables of contents and tables of authority.
Assist with document management, including organizing, scanning, and filing.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a law firm in an administrative role.
Proficiency in document formatting, including tables of contents and tables of authority.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is preferred but not required.
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, Mondays and Fridays work from home)
