Administrative Assistant

Minimum Requirements:
  • years of administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree preferred
  • industry experience preferred
  • skills with MS Office Suite
  • experience preferred
  • in annuities and insurance preferred

This position requires that you possess the following skills:
  • to prioritize projects and manage time
  • customer service, to include excellent communication, both verbal and written

  • positive attitude
  • to demonstrate persistence to achieve quality

Responsibilities:

Assisting the Financial Advisor in managing the branch office to exceed client and regulatory expectations include but are not limited to:
  • phones and greet clients in a friendly, positive, and warm manner
  • the first point of contact for prospects and clients
  • office supplies and outgoing correspondence
  • clients with issues and concerns
  • and improve upon client relationships
  • management
  • appointments with clients and assist the Advisor with calendar management
  • preparation including compiling account summaries
  • office filing system, both paper and electronic
  • notes from client conversations
  • with various marketing objectives
  • industry-specific tasks as needed
  • Back - Office support initiatives and/or core projects that support Advisory teams - including client review reviews and prospects plan prep
  • marketing support as needed including newsletters, blog, social, website, communications, events, etc.

Salary:

  • $20-$25 BOE

Hours:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Some evenings required for client events
